Do you want to take a key role in developing distribution sales and strengthening market presence in Central and Eastern Poland?
We are now looking for a Sales Manager, Distribution, Central-East Poland, to drive growth, build strong partner relationships, and develop proactive ways of working with our distribution network.
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for developing Fibox’s distribution sales within a defined region in Central and Eastern Poland (Łódzkie, Mazowieckie, Świętokrzyskie, Lubelskie, Podlaskie). You will play a central role in strengthening our market approach from a reactive model towards a more proactive, demand-driven sales culture.
You will work closely with distributors, end customers, and design and installation stakeholders to increase visibility and demand for Fibox products. The role combines hands-on sales, technical advising, and active market development.
Key responsibilities
- Develop distribution sales in line with Fibox strategy in the assigned region
- Identify, approach, and onboard new distributors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers and distribution partners
- Create demand for Fibox products among end customers (industrial plants, contractors, installation companies, switchgear manufacturers, designers, consultants)
- Prepare commercial offers and manage pricing discussions
- Provide technical advice on Fibox solutions and product applications
- Conduct product trainings and presentations for customers and partners
- Deliver assigned sales budget targets and ensure growth in the region
- Actively use CRM and structured sales processes in daily work
What you will focus on
You will focus on transforming and strengthening Fibox’s distribution sales model in Central-East Poland by increasing proactive customer engagement, expanding the distributor base, and improving market penetration. A key part of the role is to build strong, long-term partnerships and ensure Fibox becomes a preferred brand within the distribution channel.
The role requires a high level of field activity, including regular customer visits and close cooperation with both distributors and end users. You will also contribute to sharing best practices with the wider sales organization in Poland.
What we are looking for
- Several years of experience in B2B sales within electrical, industrial, or technical sectors
- Strong experience working with wholesalers, distributors, installation companies, and panel builders
- Established network within relevant customer groups (wholesalers, contractors, designers, consultants)
- Proven ability to develop sales and grow market share
- Strong technical understanding, preferably supported by technical education (e.g. electrical engineering or related field)
- Ability to read electrical diagrams
- Structured, planned, and results-oriented way of working
- High energy level, proactive mindset, and strong motivation to develop business
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems, and good MS Office skills
- Valid category B driving license
- Fluent Polish and communicative English (B1/B2)
